Product Description Outdoor Gas Grill

| Customer Reviews: It gives me gas! September 10, 2010 R. Enderwood (OKC, U.S.A) I've owned this grill for 2 years. Great the first year. Now that it's going into the 3rd year, it's falling appart. Side burner no longer works, electric spark starter no longer functional. Going to have to buy a new one! Next time, I'll pay a little more and hope to get what I pay for!
THREE STRIKES YOU'RE OUT! August 9, 2010 EZGOINGIRL 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
First grill arrived with nuts and bolts scattered throughout the box, thermometer was rattling, and some parts were unpackaged. Second grill arrived with a dent in the top of lid. Third grill arrived with a dent in the back of the lid. Three strikes you're outta here!
Horrible product... July 20, 2010 Thaddeus J. Holmes (Chicago, IL) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
This grill is a piece of junk. We should've bought the Weber. We saw this on sale in Target, and it had stainless steel burners, so we thought we'd try it out. Took it home. Spent over 2 hours assembling it. There are two swinging doors on the front. One is sized incorrectly and you can't open/close it without it scraping against the grill's frame. It squeaks horrendously and you can see the paint will all scrape off in just a few days, probably start to rust.
But if that was the only problem, I'd have been satisfied. But then I get to the final pieces of assembly and find an extra screw laying all by itself in the bottom of the box. I double checked everything and saw I'd put in all the screws correctly. Then I lift the hood and see one of the screws in the back of the hood was installed incorrectly. Whoever was running the drill in the factory wasn't paying attention. They stripped the screw out and busted the welding on the screw housing loose in the process. Then just packed it up after they ruined it.
After all that, I am so steamed, but don't want to pack the entire grill up after spending 2 hours assembling it, so figure maybe we can just get by with a single screw missing. So I hook up the gas tank.
The one credit I can give Brinkman is they make it very clear you should test all the gas connections before turning the grill on. I did so and the fitting from the grill into the gas tank was leaking. Couldn't be fixed. I look inside the fitting and see the seal is cracked!
3 things wrong with a brand new grill?? I can't even seal the gas flow?? If there was just one mistake, I'd chaulk it up to coincidence, but 3 big errors on the same grill. Obviously all manufacturing errors. This is the worst consumer experience I've had in a long time. Do not buy this grill!
Nice Grill! May 17, 2010 William Rueckwald (NY) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
This gas grill is very nice for the price. Assembly was quite easy and I thought the manual was very easy to read. The Grill also looks good when assembled.
I have cooked a variety of things on it and this grill is very adjustable (temperature)from one side to the other, for instance ,
chicken breast on one side and steak on the other.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Assembly took all day, but finished product is great! April 29, 2010 D. Englin (Alexandria, VA) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
The grill comes in a box with literally zero pieces put together, so assembly took an entire afternoon and no small amount of trial and error. But now that it's assembled we love it. It heats quickly and evenly, with good controls on the burners.
